About Jose Ignacio Leon

Jose has been involved in the Probate and Guardianship community since before his admission to law school. Upon his graduation and licensing, Jose continued practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship until eventually starting his own law firm to better serve his clients in late 2016.

Jose also served as a Supervising Attorney/Adjunct Professor for the Florida International University College of Law Clinical Program in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, and Special Needs. Jose Ignacio Leon launched The Florida Estate Planning Law Firm with one goal in mind: providing the help clients need without unnecessary fees and costs.

At the Florida Estate Planning Law Firm, we don’t believe in “one size fits all” estate planning, instead striving to provide our clients with exactly what they need.
