About Josef Benno Hess

Josef B. Hess is an attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned Dean’s List Honors and Pro Bono Honors. Josef is recognized for his achievements by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, by Attorney at Law Magazine as a “Rising Star” and “Talk of the Town,” by Jacksonville Magazine as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, by Voyage Jacksonville Magazine as a “Hidden Gem,” by Folio Weekly Magazine Best of Jacksonville Beaches as “Best Family Lawyer,” and has received several Avvo Client Choice Awards.

Josef also volunteers in the William M. Raines High School Future Lawyers and Leaders program as a mentor, a program dedicated to guiding tomorrow’s legal minds and leaders.
