Originally from Ashtabula, Ohio, I graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College with a B.A. in business finance and economics, and I graduated summa cum laude (3rd in my class) from St. Thomas University School of Law, where I was also an Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. The focus of my practice at PeytonBolin, PL is association law, real property litigation, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining PeytonBolin, PL, I worked for the Broward County State Attorney's Office and Clyne & Associates, PA. I am currently licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the District of Columbia Bar, and all Florida state courts.
In 2013 after a rigorous examination and months long peer review process, I became a Board Certified Specialist in Florida Real Estate Law. As of 2014, there are only 448 attorneys in the State of Florida that have earned this distinction and recognition from the Florida Bar. I am actively involved as a professor at Florida National University, where I teach several law classes in the Legal Studies and Criminal Justice programs in both the undergraduate and MBA programs.
I was of three professors nominated and inducted into the Mu Zeta Chapter of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honors Society as a faculty member at Florida National University. One of my scholarly articles, "The Second Amendment Through the Eyes of the Impoverished," was published in the SRBLSA Law Journal. Finally, I am also active in the local bar organizations, and am member of the National Italian American Bar Association.
