About Josh A Rubin

Josh A. Rubin is an associate with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman, practicing in the Orlando office. Josh practices primarily in the firm’s business, banking, real estate, and health care litigation practice areas.He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Finance, graduating with honors in 2010.

As a recipient of the Ralph R. Bailey Scholarship, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 2014, graduating with honors. While in law school, Josh served as an Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review and was named to the Dean’s List each semester.

In addition, he also served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.Josh was a law clerk for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman during the 2012 and 2013 summers, and he joined the firm in August 2014.
