About Joshua Michael Zudar

Mr Zudar is an AV Preeminant rated lawyer and a third generation Tampa native. In 2004, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr Zudar continued his education in Houston, Texas at South Texas College of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008.

After graduation, he returned to Tampa and joined Marshall Thomas Burnett--Florida’s largest sinkhole litigation law firm-where he litigated first-party property sinkhole insurance claims. In 2015, Mr Zudar, started a new law firm to broaden the focus of his practice to include construction defect ligitation where he helps homeowners and property owners across the state with all aspects of construction law, including building code violations, stucco defects and water intrusion issues.

  In 2018, Mr Zudar established a new firm, Wilson Reeder & Zudar, P.A. where he continues to practice in the areas of construction defects, insurance disputes, hurricane claims, sinkhole claims, wrongful death and personal injury matters.
