About Juan Pablo Caceres

J. Pablo Cáceres is a Partner at Butler Pappas. Pablo is a 1st and 3rd party  coverage and bad faith litigator.  He also handles commercial, construction defect, insurance broker E&O, and other insurance-related litigation.  In addition to representing insurers in state and federal trials and appeals, Pablo handles complex property and coverage claims pre-suit.

  He has extensive experience with complex commercial and hurricane insurance claims.  He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, and has worked at Butler Pappas since 1997.  He is a member of the Florida, Texas and Virginia bars, and is admitted to all Florida federal courts.  He is active with the Defense Research Institute, and has given numerous presentations on insurance-related issues.

Pablo was raised in North Carolina and attended college as a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He attended law school there as well.   Before joining Butler Pappas, Pablo practiced in the areas of employment, workers' compensation, immigration and aviation law.
