Julie A. Saieg received her LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida in 1995, her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1994 and her B.A. from Michigan State University in 1990. Ms. Saieg is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, whose expertise lies in the areas of wealth preservation and public benefits qualification for adults and children with disabilities and special needs, estate planning, estate and guardianship administration, income, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax, and other estate, trust and guardianship matters, including the representation of guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries.
