My practice at Nix & Kirkland, P.A., focuses upon representing injury victims in personal injury and workers' compensation (including Longshore and Non-Appropriated Funds) matters. I also represent defendants in foreclosure matters. My background, prior to representing injury victims, focused upon representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters and in defense of general liability insurance matters.
