About June Elizabeth Loochkartt

As a passionate legal advocate for 29 years, I have worked in the Court system since I graduated from law school, where I developed strong, advocacy skills in the courtroom. My experience taught me to use the evidence code to admit favorable evidence and/or exclude unfavorable evidence. I learned quickly the advantage of evidence expertise in winning cases.  It has set me apart from my adversaries, giving me favorable results in the courtroom. From jury trials in criminal court to bench trials in family court, I have extensive trial experience and know when it's time to settle a case or have a trial before a Judge. As past chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, my firm knows integrity, honesty, and diligence is the key to client satisfaction. The importance of direct client communication is key to keeping clients infomed every step of the way.
