About Justin Thompson Peterson

After joining the Florida Bar in 2006, I spent my first three years in general practice law firm handling many types of civil and criminal cases, in both state and federal court. In 2009, I joined a small and prestigious firm in Orlando and spent a year and a half handling complex business litigation and consumer protection cases.

I started my own practice in 2011 because I wanted to put my skills and experience to work for those members of our community who cannot afford the high cost of an ivory tower law firm. My mission is to provide high quality and honest legal representation to my clients while working with them to make my services affordable.

In addition to my work as an attorney, I am also a Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate mediator. I am a husband and a father, and my wife and I are both small business owners in the Winter Park community.
