Attorney Kaelyn Diamond focuses her practice on assisting everyday people in consumer protection claims against financial institutions and credit reporting agencies that violate consumer rights. Many people believe that when they owe a debt, they have no rights, but both Federal and Florida State laws provide consumers with legal protections against overzealous creditors.
This may include protection against harassing collection activities such as unauthorized robocalls, contacting friends, family or employers about a debt, making aggressive or threatening remarks, misrepresenting information about a debt, unlawful credit reporting, and other unlawful activities. Kaelyn started with The Law Office of Michael A.
Ziegler, P.L. as a law clerk in 2014 after various legal internships throughout her undergraduate and law school careers. It was at this point that she knew she’d found her niche: helping everyday people that had been taken advantage of by big-business creditors. In 2016, Kaelyn accepted a position as an associate attorney with the Law Office of Michael A.
Ziegler, P.L. She was promoted to Partner in 2019. In 2021, she became a Shareholder, and the firm transitioned to Ziegler Diamond Law. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida (go Gators!) and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. In 2019, Kaelyn was appointed to the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee, where she served as Chairperson for the 2022 term. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
