I've concentrated my 20+ year practice in healthcare litigation and transactions.  I have practiced managed health care law defending managed care organizations and businesses in claims involving  reimbursement  disputes with participating and nonparticipating providers, contracting disputes, negligent credentialing,  direct negligence for utilization managementdecisions, fraudulent billing,member disputes over medical benefits.
