She is a member ofthe Florida Bar, the United States Tax Court, the American Bar Association,Hernando County Chamber of Commerce and Church Law Today.

With true dedication and a will to succeed,Attorney Rubin has earned an impressive number of degrees, which include: Ø An Associate of Arts degree in Criminology(1993) from Saint Petersburg Junior College; Ø A Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology (1997)from University of South Florida: Ø A Jurist Doctorate degree (2002) and Master ofLaw degree in International Law and Business Law (2003) from Stetson UniversityCollege of Law; Ø An Advance Diploma in Theology, a Bachelordegree in Theology and a Master’s degree in Theology from Life ChristianUniversity.

Attorney Rubin has a vast amount of work experience,which includes being the former Law Firm Administrator for the law firm of thenow Florida House of Representative Attorney Darryl Rouson. She is also an active Arbitrator for theBetter Business Bureau (BBB), which focuses on the Florida Lemon Law Programand consumer and business disputes.

She has been awarded a number of awards andrecognitions throughout her academic and professional career, as well as, engagedin numerous speaking events such as: Guest Speaker for: Church Conferences for Women’s Ministry and Media Ministry Senior Graduates’ Ceremonies Community Organizations and Church Groups Hernando County Schools and Chamber of Commerce OutreachPrograms Participatedin: Over Eight Great American Teach-Ins in Pinellas CountySchools Various Panel Discussions for Organizations and Events.

Attorney Rubin currently serves as a Minister’s wife to her husband, Minister Horice A. Rubin,at Word of Life Fellowship Church, where she has been a faithful andactive member since 2000. Sheacknowledges that Word of Life is responsible for providing her with greatinsight into the works, operations and management of church business and churchleadership.

Attorney Rubin is a living testimony of how betterdecisions as a teen mother can turn into a great success story as an adult. Her now adult son, Dion Burton, is currentlya candidate for a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Universityof South Florida and will be attending law school to continue the family legacyof God and the Law.
