About Kim Lorraine Mccall
Kim McCall practices solely in the area of workers’ compensation defense. She has more than 27 years of experience in workers compensation. Ms. McCall attended the University of Houston, earning her B.S. from the University of Florida in 1979, and her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988. Ms. McCall also attended law school in Emmanuel College at Cambridge University, UK. Ms. McCall has practiced law with Marks Gray since 2000. Prior to joining Marks Gray, Ms. McCall was a shareholder at O’Hara, Spradley, Waters & McCall, P.A. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association. She has earned a Martindale-Hubbell “BV” rating. In September 2013, Ms. McCall was named a Master of the Bench with the E. Robert Williams Inn of Court, Jacksonville Chapter. In June, 2013 Ms. McCall spoke at the 22nd Annual Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP) Association Claims Management and Leadership Conference. Ms. McCall also published an article in the 2013 2nd quarter Association of Corporate Counsel newsletter on the ‘Use of the Fraud Defense in Florida Workers’ Compensation Claims ‘. She is a Certified Instructor of Insurance Education for the State of Florida and often presents seminars to clients. Ms. McCall is active in her community. She served on the vestry for St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Federal Point from January 2004 to 2006 and was a Sunday school teacher from 1997 to 2005. She is a Legal Aid volunteer attorney.
