About Kimberly Worling Kiss

Kimberly Worling Kiss joined Bloodworth Law in 2021, in large part because she wanted to grow her practice areas and learn from a wonderful and talented group of attorneys. After focusing on tax issues, probate and estate planning for the past +6 years, she has bulit upon this foundation and added probate/trust litigation and employment law.

Although born and raised in Florida, Kimberly attended law school at the State University of New York. Before returning to her home town of Orlando, Kimberly's legal experience included working for both a civil litigation and transaction firm and the IRS. Since being admitted in Florida, Kimberly has worked for other local firms handling a diverse case load of civil and criminal matters.

She also worked for a private equity group analyzing business acquisitions. Prior to her legal career, Kimberly worked for the Central Florida Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training, where she managed teams of volunteer fundraisers. Kimberly is licensed to practice law throughout the state of Florida, including all county and circuit courts.
