Attorney Kira Doyle’s estate and business planning practice is dedicated to helping clients protect their personal and business assets by offering premier legal solutions with a personal touch. Kira was admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is the owner of the Law Office of Kira B. Doyle, P.A, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. She focuses her law practice on helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and preserve their wealth by providing legal services in the areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates, including estate & gift tax planning and probate & trust administration; Business Law, including the formation and maintenance of small business entities, business transactions and contracts, and exit strategy and succession planning; and Real Estate transactions, including sales and purchases of real property and preparation of deeds.
Kira is a graduate of the University of Florida, with honors (1999); Phi Beta Kappa; Stetson University School of Business Administration, M.B.A. (2002); and Stetson University College of Law, J.D. (2002). She is a member the American Bar Association; the Florida Bar Association; the Clearwater Bar Association; and the St.
Petersburg Bar Association where she recently served as the Chair of the Probate & Guardianship Section for several consecutive years. Ms. Doyle has lectured on probate, estate planning, business entities and formation, and business succession planning. Ms. Doyle is a member and past President of the Suncoast Estate Planning Council; a member of the Pinellas County Chapter of Florida Association for Women Lawyers; a member of the Planned Gifts Advisory Committee for the Children’s Dream Fund; a member of the Professional Partners for Moffitt Cancer Center; a member of the Council of Excellence for Bayfront Health Foundation; a volunteer with the Community Law Program; a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (Suncoast Chapter); a former member of the All Children’s Development Council and has participated or served on various local non-profit boards and organizations dealing with life-changing events.
