About Kirsten Lea Doolittle

I began my practice of the law in the employment and litigation section of a well respected, Washington D.C. firm.  While there,  I was mentored by some of the most talented labor and employment attorneys in the country. In 2004, my husband and I moved to Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to family.

  I started my own practice in 2007.   The majority of my practice is devoted to labor and employment law.   I also represent for profit and non profit entities in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, board governance matters, and compliance counseling. I am fortunate to be able to choose the cases on which I work and to work those cases in the manner I see fit.

  I take great pride in my ability to relate to clients and effectively respond to their needs. When I am not running my practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, cooking, boating, and watching my kids ride their bicycles in front of our home.
