My current legal practice is strickly in Real Estate Contracts. The focus of my practice is the drafting and negotiation of Real Estate Leases and Sales Contracts. It is my practice to charge a flat fee for all contracts. This keeps from having to pay high fees to attorneys who fudge hours or want a higher bill.

The first 5 hours of work are always in the flat fee. The focus of my work is in Commercial Real Estate. For sale-leasebacks, the flat fee is slightly higher because of preparation of both a sale and lease contract, but less than either seperately.
