About Kody Trespalacios

Kody Trespalacios is an associate attorney at Rafool, LLC. Mr. Trespalacios received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to practice in the courts of Florida in 2020. During law school, Mr. Trespalacios gained valuable legal experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Monica Gordo in and for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and with Rafool, LLC, as a law clerk. Mr. Trespalacios earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Florida State University in 2017. Mr. Trespalacios is dedicated to practicing law with civility and providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients.
