About Krista Barth

Krista Barth was born in Buffalo, New York, and grew up just outside of Washington, D.C. A graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School, Krista began practicing law in Maryland in 1993. Upon relocating to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she began work as an attorney in the litigation department of a local real estate law firm.

In September of 2001, she joined the newly-opened Eric M. Sauerberg, P.A., as a partner. Krista is a litigation attorney with substantial experience in complex Family Law Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Her previous experiences with intricate divorce litigation have given her an understanding of complex business valuation methods.

Krista has spoken on issues of Family Law for national organizations and for television and has made appearances on national television programs such as Larry King Live, CourtTV and the Today Show. Krista also has experience as lead counsel representing a variety of high-profile and high net worth individuals.

She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post as a blogger, writing practical advice for divorce and marriage. Whether representing the most sophisticated of business clients or the interests of minor children as a Guardian ad litem, Krista’s focus is on personal, prompt attention to the client’s needs as they face the difficulties inherent in litigation.

Krista is admitted to practice in both state and federal court.
