Graduating with great honor from the University of South Florida with her bachelor’s degree in political science and government, Ms.

Topalli was part of many important student organizations, including the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity’s Pre-Law Chapter and the university’s Student Government. She later attended the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2013. Ms. Topalli stays active in her legal community with memberships in organizations such as The Florida Bar and the Albanian-American Bar Association.
