I am the owner of Lisa Levine P.A., which is located in Weston, Broward County, Florida. My firm primarily focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice. I practice primarily in Broward County, Miami-Dade County and Palm Beach County. I have been practicing personal injury law since 1986. I am a strong advocate on women's health care issues since 1986. I believe that the health care system and the drug companies treat women differently than men. The strong interest and advocacy has led me to develop the areas of expertise in medical malpractice involving women, such as obstetrical malpractice, and in the area of drugs and medical devices designed especially for women such as IUDs, DES (the drug given to pregnant women to prevent miscarriage), breast implants, diet drugs, other defective drug products, as well birth injury, breast cancer misdiagnosis, and cervical cancer misdiagnosis.

During my years as a Broward County medical malpractice lawyer, my clients and I have received national attention through a variety of news programs such as ABC's Good Morning America, the John Walsh Show, and NBC News. I have also been mentioned in many local publications such as The Sun Sentinel, The Miami Herald, and the Daily Business Review.

I graduated from Brandeis University in 1982. Upon graduation from the University Of Miami Law School in 1985, I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. I am a member of the American Bar Association and a number of other national and state organizations, including the Broward Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
