I received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.B.A.), with high honors, in Accounting from Emory University in 1990. In 1993, I received my Juris Doctorate (J.D.), with honors , from the University of Florida, and in 1994, was awarded a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.), with honors, also from the University of Florida, and in 2001, I became a Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates attorney with the Florida Bar.
I am a founding partner in the law firm of Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, and have been a resident of Lee County, Florida, since 1976 and I am the past President of both the Lee County Estate Planning Council and Planned Giving Councils. I also serve on the Advisory Boards of the Alvin A. Dubin Alzheimers Association, the American Red Cross and the Jewish Federation of Lee and Charlotte Counties, and Peace by Piece, a school for autistic children, including my oldest son.
I am a member of the Florida Bar, Lee County and American Bar Associations. I am a three-time (consecutive) winner of the Finger’s O’Bannon Snook Tournament at Cabbage Key and a two-time winner of the Verandah Member Guest Golf Invitational. My practice is concentrated in the areas of trusts, estates, probate and taxation.
I am married to Michelle and I am the father of three sons, Jacob, Benjamin, and Gabriel, and one daughter, Rose.
