Luis Basagoitia is an esteemed attorney with a wealth of legal experience. He graduated from Nova Law School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in May 1989 and was admitted to the Florida Bar on October 6, 1989. Additionally, Luis attended the University of Miami, Paralegal School from 1985 to 1986, where he completed extensive coursework.

In 2001, he transitioned into private practice and has been dedicated to serving his clients ever since, with offices in Kissimmee and Orlando, FL, sequentially. Furthermore, he has served as a Family Law Court Mediator from 2011 to 2023. Luis has also been appointed as a court-appointed attorney in Guardianship cases in Orange and Osceola counties from 2011 to 2023, and as a Juvenile Law attorney in Central Florida counties from 2015 to 2018.
