Sandy Boisrond is an estate planning and probate attorney licensed to practice in Florida. Ms. Boisrond focuses her areas of practice on wills, trusts, and estate planning, probate administration, and special needs planning. Ms. Boisrond is particularly involved in supporting special needs families to help them create long term plans, as she is the Aunt of a 10-year-old who has autism.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Boisrond completed her education at North Miami Senior High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Miami, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Walden University. Ms. Boisrond went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Thomas M.
Cooley Law School in Michigan. Prior to the practice of law, Ms. Boisrond was an Adjunct Instructor at ASA College as part of the Criminal Justice Department. She served the Broward County Public Schools for about eight years as a middle school science teacher and an elementary school pool/interim substitute teacher.
She also served the Haitian/Caribbean community as a Community Liaison and Program Coordinator for over four years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ms. Boisrond is currently an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and serves on the Membership and Inclusion Committee in coordinating Law School Outreach Programs.
She is also serves as a Director on the Haitian Lawyers Association board, and an Affiliate Bar Director representing the Haitian Lawyers Association on the Dade County Bar Association board. Ms. Boisrond has a passion for education and the law. She strives to utilize her platform to support community outreach programs and services.
She also aims to educate individuals and families regarding estate planning and probate issues.
