Attorney Mark Daniel Wixtrom graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, in 1994. Attorney Mark Daniel Wixtrom served as an Assistant State Attorney/Prosecutor from May, 1995 until April, 2006.  Attorney Wixtrom was lead attorney in over 120 jury trials, while serving in the following divisions within the State Attorney's Office: Homicide and Death Penalty Unit Attorney Lead Career Criminal Trial Attorney Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit Attorney Felony Attorney, Misdemeanor Attorney, Domestic Violence Attorney, and Traffic Crimes Attorney.

Attorney Mark Daniel Wixtrom was appointed Orange County Judge by Governor Jeb Bush, in May, 2006.  Attorney Wixtrom served as a criminal court judge from May, 2006, until January, 2009.  While serving as a judge, Mr Wixtrom presided over 100 jury trials and thousands of other criminal cases from arraignment, through conclusion of each case.
