About Mark David Adams
Mark D. Adams is an Elder Law attorney with Carver Adams, P.A. representing the elderly, the disabled, and their caregivers in all facets of Elder Law including Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Public Benefits, Incapacity Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, Probate, and Trust Administration. As an attorney, Mark understands that his role is not only to be an advocate, but also to listen and counsel. In his eighteen years as a professional firefighter and paramedic, Mark has become accustomed to helping people navigate the most difficult and stressful situations imaginable. Through his years of experience, Mark developed the skills of clearly identifying the problem, developing a plan of action to fix the problem, and implementing the plan to resolution. Mark now applies these skills to the practice of Elder Law, guiding and counseling clients and their families through life’s changes and challenges. Mr. Adams earned his undergraduate degree at the University of North Florida, majoring in Philosophy and graduated with Pro Bono Honors from Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Mark gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office, the Judicial Staff Attorney’s Office, and serving as a Law Clerk for Donnelly + Gross, P.A., a law firm dedicated to serving first responders in labor disputes. Mark is a lifelong Nassau County resident and resides with his wife Jenifer, a school counselor, and their two children in Callahan.
