About Mark Sander Wolin

A former award-winning television investigative reporter, now with more than 35 years' experience as trial attorney, Mark brings compassion and commitment to the practice, along with a skill set few others can match. My credentials include a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University, Chicago, and bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from Northwestern University.

 I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the state courts of Florida and Illinois, the 4th and 11th U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Northern District of Illinois. Formerly the legal editor of Channel Seven, WSVN Television, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, over the years, I have handled hundreds of cases through the region of southeast Florida.

  My cases include: motor vehicle accidents including pedestrian bicycle, motorcycle bus and truck accidents premises liability slip or trip and falls construction defects negligence security resulting criminal assaults. Medical malpractice Dental malpractice Products liability Wrongful death Braiin injuries Spinal cord injuries Nursing home neglect and abuse For many years, while representing injuried plaintiffs, I also was an insurance defense attorney.

  So I learned how the insurance companies work, and we use that information for our clients' benefits. Because of our thorough approach, most cases are resolved without ligiation.  But in those cases that cannot be reasonably resolved, we have the skills and experience to present your case in court with the credibility and authority that  comes with careful and thorough preparation.

From our offices in North Miami, we serve clients throughout Florida including Broward, Monroe, Palm Beach, Martin, Marion and Collier Counties. We are bilingual in English and Spanish, and remain totally accessible to our clients, who have my cell number, and whose calls I return in no later than one business day.
