Matthew M. Fischer is a former government attorney with over 10 years of experience in administrative, state, and federal courts.  His practice is concentrated on the following areas: • General Business / Commercial Litigation • Healthcare Regulatory Compliance and Related Litigation • Health Care Business Licensing, Licensing Defense, and Change of Ownership • Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance Audit Appeals • False Claims Act / Qui Tam Litigation Prior to entering private practice in South Florida, Matthew served as a Senior Attorney Advisor in the U.

S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Before joining HHS, Matthew handled criminal and civil litigation matters for the U.S. Department of Justice as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and as an Assistant General Counsel with the FBI.
