About Michael D. Minton

Currently, I serve as the statewide Chair of Dean Mead's Agribusiness Industry Team. I assist family businesses throughout the Treasure Coast and Florida and a great deal of my clients are generationally-owned agricultural businesses. The services I provide to my clients involves helping them with their organizational structure, federal income, estate and gift tax planning and business succession planning.

I have over 33 years of experience focusing on tax issues related to agri-business, as well as water resource issues and new innovative uses of land for value-added propositions.
