About Michael James Schofield

I have over 30 years of experience in complicated matters, including aviation, medical malpractice, complex tort, commercial, construction litigation, and alternative dispute.  I am a Circuit Court Certified Mediator in Florida, and a Rostered Mediator in Alabama; a trained Arbitrator and I have handled numerous jury trials in Florida and Alabama, state and federal courts.

I am also admitted in both the 5th Circuit and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal. I have served on various boards, both profit and non-profit, and lectured, written, and published articles on legal matters. Hobbies include Flying light aircraft (MEL instrument rating), and boating.
