About Michael Lee Broussard
Michael Broussard, a Louisiana native, earned an undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1986. He then attended graduate school at Mississippi State University and completed his Master's Degree in 1987 in Forestry Economics & Management. He has lived in Nassau County since 1991 after he graduated from Louisiana State University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. For the last 30 years Michael has been representing injured and disabled people throughout North Florida. He is the Treasurer of the Nassau County Bar Association and member of the Florida Justice Association, an organization committed to protecting the rights of injured individuals. For Michael, community involvement is a very important part of life. He is a dedicated member at St. Peters’ Episcopal Church in Fernandina Beach, helping cook meals for the homeless, being part of their Foundation, and serving as an usher and lector during services. Michael is also an active member of the Amelia Island Runners Club, and throughout the year volunteers in several community support organizations. ​
