Mohad Abbass is a partner at Arias & Abbass Law Firm, focusing on complex insurance claim litigation, bad faith litigation and complex criminal defense cases. Prior to joining Arias & Abbass Law Firm, Mr Abbass gained significant litigation and trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender in the Law Offices of the Public Defender in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, representing indigent individuals accused of criminal offenses.

After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr Abbass worked at a well-known Orlando civil defense firm specializing in insurance claims litigation. Mr Abbass's civil litigation experience includes significant motion practice, taking and defending depositions, successful mediations, and trials. While defending corporations and insurance companies, Mr Abbass gained valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims, which he now uses to fight for his clients.
