About Molly J Durso

Molly Durso is an associate attorney at Pearson Bitman LLP. She has devoted her legal career to defending insurance companies, government entities, private companies, and individuals in civil lawsuits regarding medical negligence, wrongful death, bodily injury, and insurance disputes.  She is also a dedicated volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in juvenile dependency cases.

Molly grew up in Southwest Florida.  She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Litigation and Advocacy.  Molly continued on to the Florida A&M University of College of Law, where she earned three book awards and graduated cum laude , while also working full-time as a paralegal at a small local law firm.

 Molly and her husband reside in Orlando with their two sons.
