About Natalie Butto

Natalie Butto draws from diverse dimensions, as an educator, facilitator, coach, and servant leader in the corporate, legal, non profit, and higher education arenas. She is dedicated to holistic learning, living, and leadership with experience teaching in the classroom and online; presenting at national conferences; facilitating workshops, retreats, and corporate training; and producing educational audio and video.

Her experience includes: serving as a Management and Leadership professor; law school Assistant Dean; Fortune 500 in-house legal counsel and manager; and a law firm attorney with a global practice. She has served on regional and national nonprofit Boards; corporate diversity/inclusion committees; and a leader in professional associations.

Natalie Butto earned MBA (NYU) and JD (Georgetown) degrees; as well as certifications in coaching, organizational dynamics, diversity training, and yoga teaching. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has significant international experience.
