About Nicole Suzanne Ofstein

Nicole is a founding attorney and president of Ofstein Law, PA. Her practice areas are IRS tax resolution and real estate. She mainly handles tax resolution matters (in any state as IRS is a federal matter). Her clients owe or will owe the IRS taxes, and she works to significantly reduce the amount due and/or get them additional time to pay.

She offers tax representation to individuals and businesses nationwide, typically negotiating offers in compromise, installment agreements, hardship deferments, abatement of penalties and interest, innocent spouse relief, release of tax liens and levies, collection statute issues, and reversals of the “seriously delinquent tax debt” certification so that a taxpayer can get or renew their passport.

 And in addition to providing such tax resolution services, she may also be of assistance in your real estate transactions, particularly if there is a tax lien involved. Nicole has lectured before numerous taxpayer and professional groups, and has been the featured speaker on various radio programs concerning the IRS.

In addition, she co-authored Solving IRS Problems Made E-Z (2001) and How to Settle with the IRS…for Pennies on the Dollar (2007, 2017, 2018, and is currently working on a new edition).
