Nicole Hardin is an Assistant Public Defender handling felonies in the Fifth Circuit. She is qualified co-counsel on death penalty cases and has worked to develop sentencing training for incoming felony attorneys. She is a co-author of two publications attacking the science of cell phone tracking in criminal cases.
She attended the City University of New York at Queens College School of Law and is an alumnus of their Defender’s Clinic. While a student she interned for United States Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis in the Southern District of New York, the Capital Defender’s Office in New York City and the Capital Division of the Legal Aid Society of New York.
