Isabel Yague focuses her practice on franchise and distribution law, franchise law compliance, business litigation and trade regulation. Additionally, Ms. Yague practices in the areas of insurance, real estate, and advertisement law, corporate governance, complex business transactions, construction and transportation law, as well as immigration law.

Ms. Yague provides franchise, compliance, corporate governance, and general business legal advice to franchisors and franchisees from the start of the franchise relationship, including the initial negotiations of a franchise agreement, entity formation and trademark registration, through the termination of the franchise relationship.

Ms. Yague prepares, reviews, updates, and registers franchise disclosure documents for her clients throughout the United States. She ensures compliance with all federal and state-specific disclosure requirements and registration laws, and drafts all contracts necessary to protect the interests of her franchisor and franchisee clients.

Isabel Yague graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid School of Law in Madrid, Spain, with a double major in Law and Political Science. While attending the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Ms. Yague was awarded an ERASMUS scholarship to study at Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France, for one academic year.

A few years later, Ms. Yague earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law. While studying at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Yague was a Secretary of the Mass Torts Litigation Society. Ms. Yague is admitted to practice law in Spain and the United States (Florida). Ms.

Yague is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
