   She has represented clients in a many cases involving divorce, parental rights, parental alienation, child support, alimony, paternity, adoption, domestic violence, grandparent's rights, and has been appointed by the Court to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem in high conflict cases involving minor children.

Ms. Elkins has represented clients in litigation family law related cases throughout the State of Florida, including in Tampa, Ft. Pierce, West Palm Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale.  She has also represented clients in appellate cases involving unique family law issues and has been successful in those cases heard by the Third District Court of Appeals.

Odalys Sanchez Elkins has has been invited to make several radio appearances to invorm the public on Florida law as it relates to the various issues impacting families going through dosmetic relations disputes.  She has also written an ebook entitled "Father's Rights, How To Establish Paternity In Florida".
