About Patrick Joseph Toomey Jr.

For almost 30 years, the focus of my practice has been in the field of construction litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of design professionals.  I have successfully handled multiple construction defect, construction delay, and bodily injury/wrongful death cases over the decades.   I also assist clients in contract negotiations and in fee disputes.

  My litigation background has been very helpful in advising clients as to potential areas of risk when they enter into a contract for a new project.  I have also succesfully handled appeals over the years.
