Mr Nicoletti is board certified by The Florida Bar in Local Government Law, and now serves as city attorney for the City of Stuart, Florida, having formerly been the municipal attorney for the Town of South Palm Beach, the Village of Palm Springs, and the Town of Ocean Ridge all in Palm Beach County, Florida.
He is also the Magistrate for Martin County, currently hearing all code violations for the County. He has primarily practiced in the areas of local government, private community governance, land use, real estate, corporate transactions, and probate administration. Mr Nicoletti was the 2003 awardee of The Florida Bar’s Clayton B.
Burton Award (2003) for Military Law and Legal Assistance. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve for over 32 years and holds the rank of Colonel. Among his military medals and ribbons, he was awarded the Legion of Merit, having served as the Commander of a 125 member Judge Advocate General’s Corps unit in Miami, with legal teams throughout Florida and Puerto Rico from 1999 until his military retirement in 2002.
Mr Nicoletti is a member of the Class of 2000, Leadership of Palm Beach County, and has served as President of the Mental Health Association at the local and state levels, and received the annual “Golden Bell Award” for his contribution in establishing a mandatory program for divorcing couples with children in the Florida court system.
He is a Knight Commander, having been invested in the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights Hospitaller, for his lifelong works of charity.
