I have been practicing law for more than 25 years and have been helping families and businesses resolve debt issues.  A few years ago following a divorce, I found myself in a similar position to many of my clients as I was struggling with debt from the divorce that I could not pay all at once. I made the difficult decision to file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case which was successfully confirmed and I am paying back the debt over a 6 year period.

  I am a lawyer who understands what my clients are dealing with emotionally as they make the decision that is best for their family. I have been a full time single father of teenagers for more than five years and my children have been my focus and my motivation.  I enjoy staying healthy, practicing yoga, films, events, community involvement and travel.
