Peter Holton, a shareholder with the firm, focuses his practice on representing real estate investors in their real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing activities, and on representing lenders in all manner of transactions including real estate, secured loans, loan workouts and restructurings.

REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTION: Represented one of the largest Florida based owners and operators of retail centers when it acquired a 327,000 square foot retail center in Orlando, Florida. Peter also handled the negotiation of the joint venture agreement between the operator and its money center joint venture partner.

Represented a national real estate investor when it acquired and subsequently sold a portfolio of five office buildings totaling in excess of 700,000 square feet of leaseable space. Represents national and local lenders in numerous real estate secured loans including loans to build shopping centers and office buildings and to develop single family home projects.
