About Philip Averbuck
I am very concerned about the increasing aggression for warrantless searches against citizens shown by law enforcement that I see in my practice. It appears that many of them do not even care about the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and pretend that front doors to homes do not mean anything.
They even make traffic stops for no other purpose but to search "suspicious" vehicles.
