Phil was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society at Auburn University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn in 1992. Phil attended the University of Florida College of Law and graduated with Honors in 1995. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and licensed to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals that same year.

He also obtained a license to practice before the U.S. Federal District Court for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida in 1996 and 1998 respectively. Phil is a member of the Trial Lawyers, Real Estate and Workers Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Palm Beach and North Palm Beach County Bar Associations, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, Florida Workers Advocates, American Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.

Phil has over nineteen years of trial experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and General Litigation matters. Because Phil is a former defense attorney who spent several years representing insurance carriers on injury claims, he brings to the table a unique perspective and a significant advantage in the evaluation and prosecution of injury claims of all types.

In 2015, Phil became certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator. In addition, since 2006 Phil has also been providing title and closing services as an agent for the Attorneys Title Fund. During that time, Phil has provided title and closing services for parties with respect to the sale and refinance of residential and commercial properties.
