Mr Tuley is a Florida attorney licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the Middle District Federal Court. Mr Tuley is a graduate of the Florida A&M University College of Law and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Mr Tuley has several years experience working in personal injury, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and worker's compensation law offices.

Currently Mr Tuley practices in the Daytona Beach area and practices largely in Family law and bankruptcy areas, however, Mr Tuley does handle all legal matters, such as personal injury and criminal matters. Mr Tuley currently lives in South Daytona, FL with his wife of five years and enjoys volunteering for local charities, participating in local events and assisting members of his local community with their legal needs.
