Attorney Radoyka “Roe” J. Minaya is the founder and managing member of The Minaya Law Offices, PLLC. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University where she attended part-time in the evenings while working full-time during the day. Ms. Minaya graduated at the top of her class after being invited to participate in both Moot Court and The Law Review Honor Societies.

Attorney Minaya began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida where she handled and litigated numerous cases involving family-related matters. Her extensive family law experience and litigation background proves invaluable for families navigating the child dependency system against ChildNet and DCF.

Ms. Minaya thereafter pursued a legal career in private practice where she focused on the areas of foreclosure and bankruptcy, representing national lenders and servicers in hundreds of routine and highly-litigated foreclosure actions throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Minaya was quickly promoted to Managing Attorney; however, she walked away from her role as Managing Attorney of a large firm to pursue her true passion: using her legal talent and compassionate personality to help individuals successfully overcome their most difficult times.

Attorney Roe Minaya now represents individuals in their family-law related matters and foreclosure defense. Attorney Minaya is also an advocate for the legal rights of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. Ms. Minaya is a Florida Spanish-speaking attorney. Many clients choose Ms.
