Richard A. Schurr, P.A., specializes in divorce, family law matters, mediation, domestic violence, child custody and support, contract enforcement, business and corporate litigation, buying and selling businesses, and Wills and trusts.  Richard A. Schurr is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and has attended the Havard Law School Program on Negotiation and Mediation.

  Richard A. Schurr's legal, financial and forensic accounting experience allow him to successfully represent clients in all aspects of family law, business, taxation, and litigation. Richard A. Schurr graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor's degree in Business and personal financial planning.

  Richard A. Schurr then attended Whittier Law School, where he was a member of The Whittier Law Review and the Whittier Honor Board. His law review article, titled Burson v. Freeman: Where the Right to Vote Intersects with The Freedom to Speak is published in the Whittier Law Review, Vol. 1, No 3.

, 1994. Richard A. Schurr then graduated from the University of Miami School of Law's masters program in taxation in 1995 (LL.M.). Mr Schurr is a member of the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and he has represented numerous clients before the Internal Revenue Service in connection with income tax and trust fund tax matters.

  Mr Schurr has represented clients in Florida, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Alabama, New Jersey, New York, Australia, the U.K., and Canada.
