About Richard James Boyle
I am a family law attorney and retired police officer for more than thirteen years. I am currently licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. I go by Richie. My interest in family law is directly related to my decorated law enforcement background. I am a certified crisis negotiator and have dealt with people at their absolute lowest. From my time as a Georgia homicide investigator and school resource officer, I understand how to navigate tough situations, care for clients, and assist them in their path forward. Prior to being a police officer, I taught elementary reading and mathematics, and advanced calculus. I also managed my own home improvement business in New York City. As an attorney, I have served as an assistant professor for trial advocacy. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Saint John’s University in New York City and my Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University.
