About Richard L. Weldon II
Richard Weldon is a Southwest Florida attorney with significant experience in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Weldon was born and raised in Southwest Florida. Â He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and has been an active member with the Collier County Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association Trial Section, and Michael R.N. McDonnell American Inns of Court. Â He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. A graduate of Sarasota High School, Florida State University, and University of Florida, Mr. Weldon is proud of his Florida heritage and education. Â He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University, graduating cum laude, and obtained his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Richard Weldon is an active member of the community. He is a former member of the Kiwanis Club of Pelican Bay where he was President of the club, a member of the Board of Directors, and past Kiwanis advisor for Key Club at the Community School of Naples. Â He is also a member of the University of Florida Alumni Association and the Southwest Florida Gator Club. Mr. Weldon established The Weldon Law Firm, PL with a vision of building a full-service law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation to its clients.
